Sectional Overhead Doors
Consist of 610mm deep x 40mm thick insulated panels. Door panels are secured by pulley
wheels and adjustable brackets. The pulley wheels have a bearing
assembly with a nylon coating which run up & down both side tracks.
Top assembly will consists of a solid shaft with supporting bearings
& fixing brackets, counter balance spring's), spring safety brakes,
cable drums, centre coupling and steel lifting cables. Operation can be manual push up, manual hand chain or electric. Side track assemblies come with different radiant’s to suit the
structure of the building – from the standard 90 degrees to a 180
degree straight lift.
Lifting cables are secured from the top cable drums to the bottom
panel with safety brake assemblies. Additional Extra’s Wicket / Personnel doors Vision Panels/ Windows Full Automatic Operation Induction Loops (Activation) Panels come in a wide range of colours in both plastersol and
polyester powder coated.
